She trained under the eminent Dr John Butler, and has already helped many people in Loughton and the surrounding areas, using her broad range of sophisticated skills and techniques. Ruth treats, amongst other things, anxiety, smoking, nail biting, exam nerves, insomnia, stress, weight problems, phobias, panic attacks, low self-esteem, serious emotional problems and much more.
